What Will The Class Offer?
1 Mile class - Approximately 20 minutes of workout time.
2 Mile class - Approximately 35 minutes of workout time.
3 Mile class - Approximatley 50 minutes of workout time.
Your Walk Leader may customize the WALK class by adding the Firm Band or other Walk Boosters to add an element of strength training and intensity to your walks. Or, for the more experienced walker, a 4 or 5 mile walk class may be on your Walk Leader‘s schedule. Either way, our Walk Live Classes are perfect for you!
